Magic Castle!

"I'm still living the dream we had, for me it's not over."  NY

Tom Frank & I recently appeared at the Magic Castle in Hollywood!  We integrated our shows into a tag team montage of music, stories, adventures and magic we've shared from our youth.  Audiences were treated to our best material, including Cups & Balls and Linking Rings. We even took a few audiences "off road" when we shared the Knots, the Egg Bag, and completely into the ditch with Tommy's 3 Card Mental Problem!

The Magic Castle is the preeminent venue for magicians.  Everyone goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome.  As a performer, I feel like I'm working with a great team of hospitality and entertainment professionals.  I have so many people to thank for helping us make our performances the best.  From the start, I'd like to personally thank Jack G. for inviting me to perform, his feedback on our shows, and his cool wise demeanor.  Thanks to Trish A. & Jennifer H. for checking me in, handling hospitality issues (including a lifesaving new shower head!), and for help with my new AMA membership.  Thanks to Erin C. for reserving the Peller the night before for rehearsals.  Thanks to Rick M. our AV man in the Peller, a real pro who made us look & sound so good. Thanks to Joe F., the general manager, for his visit and a great idea for our introduction.  Thanks to Jim S. for his sponsorship for my AMA membership.  Finally, many thanks to the show hosts, the butlers, the cooks, the valets, and the whole team at the Castle, too numerous to name, but to whom I am deeply grateful!

I'd also like to thank the great audiences!  Both magicians & laymen came to see our shows, all dressed up and beautiful.  Great to see friends Alfonso, Robb Weinstock, Brian Gillis, Dennis Forel, Steve Silverman, Karl Hein, Danny Sylvester, Jon Stetson, Shane Cobalt & Daniel Ulin in the audiences.  Thanks for coming to see our show!

Most of all, I want to thank Tommy for all his hard work on this "project in the Peller".  We did a lot of brainstorming, planning, and preparing.  We did show notes & revisions after every night.  I can be a bit obsessive when it comes to details, so I thank him for his patience & willingness to ride along.  Thanks to him for handling the cameras and for the all resulting photos & videos.  Thank you Tommy most of all for your enduring friendship & love.  We are so lucky to still be living the dream!
